This process is known as editing. It often happens that there are absolutely no mistakes that are found but still then we never take the risks of avoiding this process, altogether.

Once the editing is done, the document is then sent to another linguist who knows the targeted language only, and the linguist is asked to check everything and correct further mistakes, if any. This process is called proof reading, another vital step to assure quality.

Step 5

After proof reading the document goes through a quality assurance process to check for minor details that human eyes could miss like punctuation marks, double spaces, irregularity of font size, intend, etc. This might seems like an unnecessary step but it is the most important of them all. Step 6

The last step is the formatting the document. The translated document needs to be exactly the same as the source document. All the stamps, signatures, intend of the paragraphs everything should be like the source document.
