QA process is the most significant step in providing you the best quality.

3. In this era where social media is of great importance, a well-established company will maintain its social media appearance at any cost. See their social media accounts, how much active they are, how often they post and also emphasis on the comments section. Also see their domain and e-mail address that weather their domain is hosted on a free server or not. Even for a new start-up it is quite affordable to get a paid hosting and an e-mail server.

4. Ask your translation service that how much time they will take to complete your project and see whether you are okay with the time allotted. Check one thing though, how much time they take to address to your queries during their office hours. If the time taken by them to reach you is more than 30 minutes then you might understand yourself how much delay they may do while completing your project.
